VICTREX AM™ 200 is a high-performance PAEK polymer that has been designed for extrusion-based 3D printing from the ground up. It belongs to the same family of materials as Z-PEEK but has way stronger interlayer bonds due to slower crystallization rate. This is why parts 3D printed with VICTREX AM™ 200 have very low anisotropy with Z-axis tensile strength exceeding 60% of the tensile strength measured in the XY direction. The material is thermally stable with melting temperature exceeding 300 °C and glass transition temperature of 156 °C. Best for precise heavy-duty parts that need low levels of anisotropy.
